Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team for the 2025–2026 academic year in Graham, NC. The SLP will provide services to students from Kindergarten through 5th grade, with one 12th-grade student on a consultative basis.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting SLP screenings and evaluations
-
Managing a caseload of approximately 28 students
-
Providing direct and indirect therapy services
-
Serving as the SLP-only caseload manager
-
Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
-
Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility)
-
CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong references
-
Experience in school settings is a plus
