Speech-Language Pathologist in Middle River, MD
This position offers an opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services within an early childhood school setting located near Queenstown, MD. The role involves delivering care to an elementary caseload of approximately 50 students in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to support student progress.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible (supervision provided for CF candidates).
- Active Maryland state license in speech-language pathology.
- Experience in school settings preferred but not required.
Location and Schedule:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Onsite at one location near Queenstown, MD.
- Contract duration covering the current school year.
