Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy tailored to individual student needs consistent with school guidelines.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, delivering direct and consultative services.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development aligned with student needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings, preferably with middle school students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time during the contract period.
