ProCare Therapy is actively partnering with school districts across Massachusetts to recruit licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 academic year. Position Overview
SLPs in Massachusetts schools work with students to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of communication disorders. You will be part of a collaborative educational team, working to support IEP goals and improve student outcomes across various grade levels.
Current openings are available in districts throughout the state, including Boston, Worcester, Springfield, Lowell, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments

Deliver direct and consultative therapy based on each student’s IEP
-
Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services and progress

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs of students

Participate in eligibility, review, and IEP meetings
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates also encouraged to apply

Familiarity with school-based services and IDEA compliance
-
Must complete state-mandated background and fingerprinting checks
