Now Hiring: 2 Full-Time SLPs
Location: Duarte, California
Schedule: Full-Time, 32.5 hours/week
Student Population: Ages Pre-K through 22
Position Overview:
We are seeking two (2) licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our supportive and student-centered team in Duarte, CA. These are full-time, in-person positions serving students from preschool through age 22, across a variety of educational settings and support needs.
Candidates must be licensed in California and passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic and functional success. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams.

Provide direct and consultative therapy services across a diverse caseload.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and assessments.

Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, families, and related service providers.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student-centered planning.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Current California SLP license.
-
CCC-SLP certification preferred but not required (must be fully licensed).

Ability to work with a broad age range, from Pre-K to 22 years old.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a school environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in English/Spanish or another language (preferred, not required).

Experience working with diverse student populations.

Familiarity with school-based documentation systems and IEP platforms.
