An excellent opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide itinerant services within Bucks County, Pennsylvania. These roles focus on supporting school-age students across the county through a school-based program. This position offers a travel element, allowing professionals to engage with multiple learning environments within the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs in school settings.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to enhance student communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state guidelines.
- Travel within Bucks County to various school locations to provide itinerant services.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license.
- Instructional I or Instructional II certification.
- Experience working with school-age populations preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload with diverse speech and language needs efficiently.
Location:
- Itinerant countywide service based out of Doylestown, PA (705 N Shady Retreat Road, Doylestown 18901).
Schedule:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Tentative end date: June 12, 2026 (pending onboarding and school year completion).
