Essential Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia PSC (Professional Standards Commission) credential (new requirement)
- State SLP licensure and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred, especially with middle and high school students
- Must provide time-sensitive documents: fingerprints and drug screen clearance
- Commitment to full-time hours from 7/27/2026 through 5/28/2027
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a caseload of middle and high school students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations, document student progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in school-based meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
- Adapt therapy methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs
