Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting middle and high school students as a fully-credentialed SLP. This contract position is based onsite in the Dallas, GA area and offers the chance to make an impact during the upcoming academic year. Work with a dedicated team while helping students succeed throughout the school year.
You’ll be assigned to one school with a caseload ranging from 45-55 students, allowing you to concentrate your efforts and foster meaningful connections. The placement begins July 27, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, providing consistency and professional growth within an educational setting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Georgia PSC certification (new requirement)
- Current Georgia state licensure and professional credential with ASHA (CCC required)
- At least one year of experience in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Must complete fingerprinting and drug screening
- SLPAs will not be considered for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to middle and high school students across a varied caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to support student goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school requirements
- Participate in staff meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
