Job Description:
We are currently seeking five dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the full school year in Dixon, California. Positions are available across all grade levels and can be customized to your experience and preference. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who are enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and academic success.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify speech and language needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
-
Support teachers and staff with strategies to foster communication in the classroom

Comply with school, district, and state policies and procedures
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Commitment to on-site services (no VOCO/remote services)
