About the Position
ProCare Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide high-quality speech and language services to elementary students. These are full-time contract roles located approximately 45 minutes west of Nashville.
We are currently recruiting for two anticipated leave-of-absence (LOA) positions at local elementary schools with well-developed caseloads and supportive teams.

Oakmont Elementary School

End: End of February (possible extension through the school year)

Caseload: Established schedule with strong administrative support

Start: September 17

Responsibilities
-
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
-
Utilize evidence-based practices to support student communication development
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Current Tennessee SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered

School-based experience strongly preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills
