Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students ranging from pre-school to elementary levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ specific needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and IEP planning to ensure comprehensive care for each student.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience providing SLP services in a school setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to children’s needs.
- Ability to work independently within the framework of the school’s policies and procedures.
- Candidates must be fully licensed; SLPA or SLP-CF candidates will not be considered.
