Speech Language Pathologist in Desoto, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid SLP license; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working in schools strongly preferred
- Solid familiarity with the IEP process, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse student populations
- Comfortable working in an onsite educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP team meetings
- Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation of student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Contribute to overall educational programming and student-centered planning
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
