Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP License
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Previous experience in school-based or adolescent populations preferred
As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist serving high school students in Desoto, TX, you will play an important role in helping learners strengthen communication skills essential for academic and lifelong success. Your expertise enables students to access curriculum, build confidence, and participate meaningfully in their school community.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services for high school students with diverse communication needs

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families on student progress

Participate in ARD meetings and maintain compliant documentation

Support implementation of communication strategies across school environments
