About the Role
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about helping students communicate and thrive—virtually? We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated SLP to provide teletherapy services to K–12 students throughout Iowa. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services in collaboration with educators, families, and school teams statewide.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP and educational goals

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions using secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to monitor and support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Iowa SLP license issued by the Iowa Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology

Iowa Board of Educational Examiners (BOEE) License or Endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology for school-based services
