Faculty and department collaboration is valued, with meetings twice a month on Wednesdays.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in New Hampshire (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, or Clinical Fellow (CF) status with eligibility
- Previous school-based SLP experience is beneficial, especially with high school students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for team meetings
- Ability to present licensure documentation upfront
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students, primarily at the high school level
- Complete evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), document progress, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
- Participate in regular faculty and department meetings to support student success
- Remain flexible to work with caseloads outside of the primary grade band as needed
