Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Derry, NH
A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support student communication needs in a school setting. This contract position runs from January 26, 2026, through June 19, 2026, with work hours from 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM, five days per week. The role is based onsite in Derry, NH, and includes participation in faculty and department meetings twice a month on Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and interventions to students
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Attend faculty and department meetings to coordinate student support services
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Experience working within school environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust services based on school calendar considerations, including snow days
