What You Bring:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
- State licensure to practice as an SLP (or the ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience working in school environments strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to support diverse learners
- Collaborative, positive approach to interdisciplinary teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students according to their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and monitor progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate records of services and document compliance with school and district guidelines
- Take part in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to collaborative student planning
- Support students at varying developmental and functional levels
