Speech-Language Pathologist – Full-Time School-Based Position

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite school-based role in Federal Heights, Colorado. This position focuses on supporting students’ communication, language, and social development through evidence-based speech and language services.
This role is well suited for SLPs who value collaboration, structured caseloads, and making a meaningful impact in an educational setting.
Position Overview

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Start Date: ASAP or based on availability

Caseload: Assigned based on student and program needs

Contract: Through the end of the school year with potential for renewal
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $45–$60+/hour (based on experience, credentials, and budget)

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to students individually and in groups

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine service needs

Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Document services, progress, and compliance in accordance with regulations

Support students’ communication and academic success
Qualifications
-
Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
CCCs preferred (CFY candidates may be considered)

School-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
