SLP K12 Caseload
We are hiring four full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for onsite school-based roles serving K–12 students across multiple campuses on the east side of the Denver metro area. Caseloads are well-managed, typically ranging from 25–45 students, and campuses will be assigned based on current needs. One of these openings is a backfill position, and interviews are moving quickly.
This environment is known for strong clinician support, including the ability to attend and bill for professional development days during the second semester. The district is open to CF candidates, provided supervision is available and the candidate has completed their required 8-week school rotation.
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Qualifications

Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)

Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification (required)

School-based experience preferred

CF candidates considered with supervision in place and completed school rotation

Ability to work fully onsite across assigned campuses

Strong collaboration and documentation skills
Compensation & Support

$50–60/hour DOE (average ~$56/hour, with strong earning potential based on experience)

Full-time schedule at 37.5 hours per week
