Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Federal Heights Area
Blazer Jobs is seeking a committed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite contract position in Federal Heights, Colorado for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication, academic performance, and social-emotional development within a supportive and collaborative school environment.
About the Role
The SLP will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and support students with diverse communication needs across K–12 settings. You’ll work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure each student receives high-quality services tailored to their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide direct and indirect therapy services

Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration

Maintain timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance records

Support teachers with communication strategies and classroom accommodations
Qualifications
-
Active Colorado SLP license
-
ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred
-
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $45–$55 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and district placement
