A K-8 educational setting in Aurora, CO is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position from December 1, 2025, through May 29, 2026. This role is ideal for professionals holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) with experience in school-based services. Candidates must be licensed as an onsite SLP; Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are not eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students with mild/moderate to moderate/severe needs, serving a caseload of 35-40 students.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and referrals as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings.
- Offer consultations to support student communication goals.
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with educational standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with School endorsement.
- Proven experience working with K-8 students in a school setting.
- Ability to manage a large, diverse caseload effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Current license or certification recognized by the Colorado Department of Education (CDE).

- Schedule: 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
