School Speech and Language Pathologist | Arvada, Colorado
This position offers full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunities within K-12 schools located in the Denver area of Colorado. Assignments will be onsite, requiring direct interaction with students as well as collaboration with bilingual consultation teams. The contract duration spans the current school year, with start dates in early December 2025 or January 2026 through late May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in preschool and K-12 settings.
- Participate in Child Find activities to identify and assess students requiring services.
- Collaborate with bilingual consultation teams and school staff to support student communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress monitoring, and compliance with district protocols.
- Support bilingual students in preschool and school-aged programs.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Colorado.
- Valid Colorado Department of Education certification for SLP.
- Ability to work onsite full-time (35+ hours per week) during contracted dates.
- Open to Clinical Fellowship candidates; SLPA applicants will not be considered.
- Experience or interest in bilingual services preferred but not required.
Locations & Schedule:
- Malley Drive Elementary – Full-time Bilingual SLP, Preschool Program, Child Find & Bilingual Consultation Team (1/1/26 – 5/22/26).
- North Star Elementary – Full-time SLP, Child Find Program (12/1/25 – 5/22/26).
- Assignments are exclusive to one school per position.
