Colorado Remote Pediatric SLP School Services Contractor
Join our team as a contract-based Remote Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist serving Colorado students in virtual public school settings. This independent contractor role is ideal for professionals who value flexibility, compliance, and collaborative partnerships. You’ll support students with a variety of communication disorders while using innovative tools to enhance remote engagement. This role requires excellent documentation skills, a proactive mindset, and comfort working independently. Colorado licensure and school-based experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate speech, language, and communication needs via tele-assessment tools

Implement individualized virtual therapy sessions

Collaborate with general and special education staff in IEP planning

Provide clear, detailed service notes and session logs

Communicate progress with families and team members
-
Maintain HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant data storage

Address articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive/expressive language concerns

Support compliance with IDEA and Colorado Department of Education standards

Use school-approved therapy and scheduling platforms

Create engaging therapy materials suited for online delivery

Participate in remote team meetings and consultations

Assist in training paraprofessionals if required

Contribute to eligibility determinations and reevaluations

Monitor student attendance and participation

Provide compensatory services as needed

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
