Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative school-based team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will provide evaluation, therapy, and intervention services to students with communication and language needs. The successful candidate will have experience working with diverse student populations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
-
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
-
Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development

Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and accommodations
-
Maintain compliance with state and district documentation requirements
Minimum Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Colorado SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY under supervision
-
Knowledge of school-based documentation and IEP processes
-
Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting
