A full-time opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is available to provide specialized services within multiple private schools in the Oviedo and Sanford areas of Florida. This itinerant position supports K-12 students across several private campuses, focusing on delivering high-quality speech and language interventions to meet diverse student needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Traveling between assigned private schools within the district to provide services
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
- Active Florida state licensure and ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple school assignments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Location: On-site across private school locations including Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic School, The Master’s Academy, The Ecclesial School at Saint Alban’s, Altamonte Christian School, Orangewood Christian, and International Community School in the Oviedo and Sanford area near Orlando, Florida.
Job Duration: Contract position starting as soon as possible through the end of the 2025-2026 academic school year (May 27, 2026).
