School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed
Location: Near Delmar, MD
A local school district near Delmar, MD is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative educational team. This part-time position offers flexibility, benefits, and the opportunity to help students improve communication skills that support their success in the classroom and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers to promote student communication access

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and state guidelines
-
Support staff with strategies for communication, and classroom integration
Position Details:

Schedule: Part-Time, 3–4 days per week

Caseload: Approximately 30–40 students

Requirements: Maryland SLP License
