Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Middle & High School | Delaware
Location: Delaware
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Start Date: July 2025
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday
Caseload: Middle & High School (with a small number of Pre-K students from the Special Education department)
Number of Sites: One school site
SLPA Supervision: Not required (No SLPA at this time)
Clinical Fellows (CFs): Open to CFs with strong support available
Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Delaware seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role that offers a consistent caseload and a supportive environment for both experienced SLPs and clinical fellows.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to middle and high school students, with occasional Pre-K support

Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop IEP goals

Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff

Deliver therapy services and monitor student progress

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Delaware SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
