Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Delaware

Full-Time | Onsite | 2025–2026 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive district team in Delaware. This is a full-time onsite position working with a diverse caseload across elementary and secondary grade levels.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
ASHA CCC preferred, CFs welcome to apply
