Sunbelt Staffing is excited to partner with a student-focused school district near Delano, California, to recruit a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position during the 2025–2026 academic year. This fulfilling opportunity allows you to support students in building critical communication skills that foster their academic achievement and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to K–12 students

  • Address diverse communication challenges, including language, articulation, fluency, and voice disorders

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary IEP teams to support student progress

  • Caseload and specific school site information will be shared during the interview

  • Deliver onsite therapy services at a school near Delano, CA


Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP or SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before the school year starts

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to fostering students’ academic and social success

  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $67.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
