Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and communication disorders among elementary and middle school-aged children
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and educational staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy and consultation services aligned with district policies and best practices
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid Florida Speech Language Pathologist license, required for school settings
- Prior school-based experience preferred, ideally working with diverse pediatric populations
