What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- State license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Michigan
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, flexibility, and team collaboration skills
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage caseloads ranging from 47–50 students or work within a functional classroom setting for intensive supports
- Provide direct assessment and evidence-based therapy to students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Travel between assigned buildings as needed, fostering relationships and continuity of care
