Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, including working under a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is desirable
- Familiarity with educational speech-language therapy protocols and student caseload management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy in accordance with students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to support student communication goals
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with school personnel and families
- Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs in a school environment
Location: Dearborn, Michigan
