Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Dearborn, MI
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a full-semester contract. This position is based onsite in Dearborn, MI, serving a K-12 educational setting. Candidates who are fully licensed in Michigan as Speech-Language Pathologists or those who are currently SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply. Part-time candidates may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team efforts.
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility as an SLP Clinical Fellow.
- Experience working with school-age populations K-12 preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively onsite during school hours.
- Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs.
