Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. This is a full-time position serving elementary students in a supportive and collaborative environment. The focus of this role will be direct therapy services, as evaluations and assessments are currently being handled by other SLPs within the district.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students.

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized student goals.

Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Participate in IEP meetings as needed.

Coordinate with other SLPs to ensure consistent support and carryover of student goals.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Valid Michigan SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).

ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred (CFs welcome to apply).

School-based experience preferred but not required.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Position Details:

Full-time, on-site position (37.5 hours/week).

Caseload: Elementary students.

Primary Focus: Direct therapy services (evaluations are covered by other SLPs).
