A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 academic year, serving students in grades K-12. This position is located in Mobile, Alabama, and is on-site at a K-8 school setting. The contract assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through May 22, 2026.
Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy to students across the K-12 spectrum, assessing and treating communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional License or Educator Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (one required)
- Experience working with K-12 school-age children preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques and educational practices
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate effectively with educational teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- On-site at a K-8 school in Mobile, AL
