Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Dallas, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting students' communication needs and collaborating with educators and families to help each student reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
-
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and service logs
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
-
Stay current with best practices, state guidelines, and continuing education requirements
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Valid Texas license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
-
Experience working in educational settings is preferred, but not required
