Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school district in Dallas, TX for the 2025–2026 school year. This hybrid role offers a flexible mix of onsite and remote services, supporting students PreK–12th grade, with the majority of the caseload in elementary and early childhood settings.
District-provided resources, technology, and SLP Supervisor support are available to ensure a well-supported and team-oriented environment.
Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time or part-time options

Work Model: Hybrid (onsite + remote)

School Year: Remainder of the 2025–2026

Student Population: PreK–12 (primarily elementary/early intervention)
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families.

Provide therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.

Monitor, document, and report student progress; adjust services as needed.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.

Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and professional development.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP license
-
CCC-SLP required
-
School-based experience with K–12 students preferred
-
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
-
Familiarity with evidence-based speech-language practices
