Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, hybrid opportunity supporting a partnered school district. This position offers a balanced schedule with both on-site and remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining meaningful student engagement.
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule for the 2025–2026 school year
- Hybrid model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
- Monolingual or bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress reporting
- Support students across assigned grade levels and campuses
Requirements:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (state-appropriate)
- ASHA certification (or CF eligibility, if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
