Work Where SLPs Matter: Speech Language Pathologist - Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Intro Option 1: Leadership Excellence Focus
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join a Dallas/Fort Worth district renowned for exceptional leadership and genuine SLP support. This full-time position requires 35 hours per week on-site from immediate start through May 22, 2026, in a district where caseload management isn't just a promise—it's a practice. With a 60-student cap and monthly evaluations to maintain 50-55 students, you'll work in an environment that prioritizes sustainable service delivery. We seek fully licensed professionals ready to experience what school-based SLP work should be, supported by above market compensation and truly responsive administration.
Intro Option 2: Quality Over Quantity Emphasis
Join a Dallas/Fort Worth school district that understands quality therapy requires manageable caseloads. This full-time, on-site position offers 35 hours per week from immediate start through May 22, 2026, where monthly caseload reviews aren't bureaucratic formalities—they're active workforce management that keeps your student numbers sustainable at 50-55. Unlike districts where SLPs are stretched beyond effectiveness, this premier district caps caseloads at 60 and provides the administrative support and resources you need to deliver excellent services. Experienced, fully licensed professionals will find above market pay rates and a collaborative environment that values clinical expertise.
Intro Option 3: Burnout Prevention Focus
We are recruiting an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a Dallas/Fort Worth district that actively prevents SLP burnout through intentional caseload management. This full-time position encompasses 35 hours per week on-site from immediate start through May 22, 2026, serving students in a rare environment where leadership truly understands sustainable service delivery. Monthly caseload evaluations ensure your numbers stay between 50-55 students, not the overwhelming assignments common elsewhere. This isn't just another school posting—it's an opportunity to work where SLP wellbeing and student outcomes are equally valued, reflected in above market compensation and exceptional administrative support.
Intro Option 4: Professional Respect & Support
Discover a Dallas/Fort Worth district where speech language pathologists are genuinely valued professionals, not just service providers trying to manage impossible caseloads. This full-time, on-site opportunity requires 35 hours per week from immediate start through May 22, 2026, offering something increasingly rare: a district with a proven track record of capping caseloads at 60 and conducting monthly reviews to maintain the 50-55 range. The leadership team's reputation for responsiveness and support isn't marketing language—it's why experienced SLPs throughout Texas seek positions here. Above market pay rates reflect the quality of this premium opportunity.
Intro Option 5: Experienced Professional Appeal
Bring your clinical expertise to a Dallas/Fort Worth district that recognizes experienced SLPs deserve both competitive compensation and sustainable working conditions. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week on-site from immediate start through May 22, 2026, exclusively for fully licensed professionals (no CFs or SLPAs). Work where monthly caseload monitoring maintains your assignment at 50-55 students—not the 70+ caseloads driving professionals from school settings. This district's exceptional leadership team, collaborative SLP community, and above market pay rates create an environment where experienced clinicians can thrive professionally without sacrificing quality or personal wellbeing.
