We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join a district known throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area for its exceptional leadership and SLP support system. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week with an immediate start through May 22, 2026, providing 100% on-site services in one of the most desirable districts in Texas. Unlike many school settings, this district actively manages caseloads through monthly evaluations, keeping your student numbers around 50-55 rather than the typical overcrowded assignments. Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Caseload & Support System

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
  • Utilize evidence-based practices for intervention

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Active Texas SLP Licensure required
  • CCC-SLP certification required (fully licensed professionals only)
  • NOT accepting Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • NOT accepting SLPAs
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience providing school-based speech and language services
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to work 100% on-site (no remote options)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to full-time employment (35 hours per week)
