Job Overview
This position is a full-time, travel-based SLP assignment in a Dallas-area school district. You’ll provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs, while collaborating with families, teachers, and administrators to foster success both in and out of the classroom. Travel contracts typically align with the academic calendar, with opportunities for extension or reassignment at the end of the term.
Responsibilities

Administer speech, language, and communication evaluations according to district guidelines.

Design and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals.

Provide direct and consultative therapy services in individual or group settings.

Track student progress and maintain timely documentation for all services.

Participate in IEP and team meetings to share updates and strategies.

Offer teacher and parent support for improving communication outcomes.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Texas state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility prior to start).

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants also welcome.

School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Weekly pay ranging from $2,000–$2,300 depending on experience.
