SLP Position Summary:

  • Location: Public school campuses across the Dallas metro area (K–12)

  • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)

  • Duration: August 2025 – May 2026

  • Model: Primarily onsite, with periodic planning meetings held virtually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer speech, language, and fluency evaluations using district-approved assessments

  • Design and implement individualized and group therapy programs that reflect students’ cultural and linguistic backgrounds (bilingual Spanish skills a plus)

  • Lead and document IEP development, goal writing, and progress monitoring in the district’s electronic system

  • Collaborate with general and special education teams, counselors, and families to integrate communication strategies school-wide

  • Provide teacher consultation, in-class support, and training on evidence-based speech-language strategies

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)

  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency highly preferred; English fluency required

  • School-based experience preferred; CFY candidates welcome

  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced urban environments

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly pay range: $2,200–$2,400 (based on experience)
