Responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student goals
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate student records
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teamwork
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY preferred)
- Oregon State SLP license is mandatory
- Experience working within school settings is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff
- Ability to travel and adapt to different school environments during the assignment
