Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dale, TX

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current SLP licensure (CFY, CCCs accepted)
- At least one year of school-based SLP experience preferred
- Prior experience supervising SLPAs is required
- Strong background in pediatric and elementary school populations
- Familiarity with ARDs, goal writing, documentation, and speech/language evaluations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and write measurable goals
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Supervise and provide guidance to SLPAs as required
- Participate in ARDs and consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
- Support students' academic and social success through effective interventions
