Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Cypress, TX

In this contract position, you’ll have the unique opportunity to serve 2-3 school sites, all while enjoying a primary workspace based out of the central office. Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP licensure (CCC required)
- Previous experience or strong interest in the school setting
- Commitment to the workload model approach in service delivery
- Ability to work with diverse student populations across multiple sites
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience supervising or interest in supervising an SLPA is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language services for students in a variety of school environments
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and work collaboratively with educational teams and families
- Manage a dynamic clinical schedule across the assigned sites
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA if assigned
- Incorporate a workload-based approach, ensuring effective and equitable service
