A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students in Richmond, TX. This role involves working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, providing essential speech and language services in a school setting throughout the current school year.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License required
- Experience working with children in kindergarten through 12th grade preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorder interventions
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families
Location:
- Richmond, Texas, within a K-12 educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings
- Design and implement targeted therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records
