Position: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 1099 Contract
Location: Waller, TX (open to surrounding areas – fully remote)
Caseload: Elementary school students
Schedule: Flexible, full-time
Contract Dates: Current school year (with potential extension)
Bilingual Preferred: Spanish/English (not required)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote speech therapy services for elementary school students. This is a 1099 contract position, offering the flexibility of working from home while supporting a school district in Texas. Candidates must hold an active Texas SLP license and have experience providing services in school-based or pediatric settings.
Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy services to elementary students

Complete evaluations, assessments, and IEP-related documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff remotely

Track progress and maintain accurate session notes and compliance records
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP license
-
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required

School-based or teletherapy experience strongly preferred

Reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet required
