About the Role
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Cypress, TX, you will:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to determine student needs
-
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals tailored to each student
-
Provide direct therapy services and consultative support in classroom and small-group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
-
Serve a diverse K–12 student population in an inclusive and supportive school environment
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas SLP license
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
-
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
-
Open to both local candidates and out-of-state travel clinicians
