Pay Range: $38–$52+/hour (based on experience and employment type)
Blazer Jobs is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Cypress, TX. This full-time opportunity is available to both local therapists seeking long-term stability and travel SLPs interested in a dynamic school-based contract with excellent compensation.
Position Summary:
As an SLP in this role, you will work with students across grade levels to assess speech and language needs, develop IEP goals, and implement therapeutic interventions. You’ll be a vital member of the special education team, collaborating to support student development and academic growth.

2. Travel Contract (W-2 or 1099):

Flexible term contracts

Weekly gross: $1,700–$2,100 with housing and meal stipends

Relocation reimbursement and licensure support

Weekly pay: $45–$52+/hour, based on travel status and experience
Responsibilities:
-
Conduct evaluations and deliver speech-language therapy services
-
Develop and manage compliant IEPs
-
Collaborate with staff, students, and families
-
Maintain accurate records and service documentation
-
Support academic achievement through tailored interventions
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Texas SLP License (or eligibility)
-
CCC-SLP preferred; CFs with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered

School-based experience is highly desirable
-
Must meet district background and fingerprinting standards
