State-Specific Requirements – Texas:
To be considered, candidates must meet Texas state guidelines:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
-
Valid Texas SLP License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
-
Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification if working in a public school (may vary by district)

ASHA CCCs preferred, CFs welcome with supervision
Responsibilities:

Provide therapy aligned with students’ IEP goals

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders

Engage with parents and staff to support student growth

Track progress and maintain proper documentation

Contribute to a positive and collaborative school environment
